Lalith’s journey in AI began at KLH University while studying Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. He started by building chatbots, exploring computer vision, and experimenting with intelligent systems before moving deeper into agentic AI, healthcare intelligence, and reliable AI engineering.
His work spans LLM engineering, fine-tuning, Generative Engine Optimization, multi-agent systems, and retrieval-augmented generation, including Self-RAG, HyDE, and hybrid RAG approaches.

At Kraionyx AI, Lalith leads product strategy, AI architecture, and engineering. The company is focused on high-assurance agentic AI designed to assist doctors and healthcare professionals with evidence-grounded intelligence, efficient workflows, and human-in-the-loop decision support.
The goal is practical: build systems that remain useful in demanding real-world environments while keeping qualified professionals in control.
Research and technical foundation
Lalith previously worked as an AI Research Intern at IIT Hyderabad in collaboration with LV Prasad Eye Institute, contributing to GRABI, a real-time image-quality and focus-detection system for teleophthalmology.
He was selected for Amazon ML Summer School and ranked among the top Google Cloud Ready Facilitators at his university after completing more than 100 cloud labs.
